COVID-19 SAFE OFFICE POLICY
We are dedicated to patient and staff safety as we invite patients back to be seen in the office.
What we are asking YOU to do:
Telemedicine visits offered for select conditions or services
Virtual check-in from your car in the parking lot
Wear a mask to any of our offices
Undergo a contactless temperature screening upon arrival
We ask any family that may accompany you to wait in your vehicle. If they wish to join in your visit with the Physician they are welcome to do so by speakerphone or facetime
What WE are doing:
Dedicated personnel specifically for infection control (specific to exam rooms, waiting areas, frequently touched areas, doorknobs, key pads, etc…..).
All Staff undergo temperature screening
Staff are required to wear PPE as dictated by CDC, AMA and DOH guidelines
Frequent hand hygiene performed by all staff
Rearranged waiting areas to allow for social distancing
Removal of all reading materials to reduce viral spread
